At Lauder Group, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds on products purchased through our website.
You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
Perishable goods such as sambal products can only be returned if they arrive damaged, defective, or if the wrong item was delivered.
Books must be in their original condition — unmarked, undamaged, and with all packaging intact.
To initiate a return or refund request, please contact us via email at laudergroup@gmail.com or through WhatsApp. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Our team will review your request within 2 business days and provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days to your original payment method.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, or damaged during shipping).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. Lauder Group is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
